Customer Samples
Sales Department is dedicated to handle the first contact with the customers, getting preliminary information like product samples and drawings.
The goal is to understand the assembly process and the required productivity.
2.
Process analysis and preliminary quotation
Mechanical Department provides a feasibility study.
Customer receives a draft layout, a preliminary description of the stations and a budget quote.
3.
Specific quotation
If the budget quote is positive, we prepare a specific and detailed quote with more information.
Mechanical Department studies the production details; the machine is designed with the customer.
At the end of this phase, will be forwarded a detailed layouts, 3D studies and a precise description of the process with final quote.
4.
Line desing
When the final quote is accepted, we do a kick-off of the machine.
Mechanical Department works on the definitive design, keeping the customer milestones.
5.
Materials supplies
When the mechanical project has been confirmed by the customer, we move to materials procurement.
Tecmes has a Quality Control Department with a strict protocol to check the components.
6.
Machinery construction
When we have the materials, the Production Department start the machine build-up.
7.
Internal testing
Final internal testing when the machine is ready.
8.
FAT
After the final setting machine, we proceed with FAT (factory acceptance test) with the customer.
Together with the customer we verify the acceptance protocol, base on the agreement.
9.
Shipment
After positive FAT, the machine is disassembled and packaged for shipment to the customer’s premises.
We can arrange insured shipping by air, ship or track based on the destination.
Each customer has always the right to organize the shipment independently.
10.
Installation
In this phase, our techical employees take care of the installation at customer’s site.
11.
SAT
The machine is ready for the SAT (site acceptance test).
Together with the customer we verify the acceptance protocol, base on the agreement.
12.
Training
Training with the operators during the installation of the machine.
13.
After-sales assistance
The after-sales service is always available for customes by phone or email.
